GIGA FIBER – Digital Customer Onboarding Platform for Fiber Optic Internet Services in Germany
GIGA FIBER is a large-scale fiber optic infrastructure initiative aimed at delivering high-speed internet connectivity across Germany through an open-access network model. To support customer acquisition and service enrollment, we designed and developed a comprehensive digital platform consisting of Web, Android, and iOS applications.
The platform enables German citizens to register for fiber internet services, submit service requirements, provide necessary documentation, review offers, and digitally sign contracts. It streamlines the entire customer onboarding journey, from initial interest and eligibility verification to contract completion and service activation.
The solution includes secure user registration, profile management, digital document handling, contract management, and real-time status tracking. Mobile applications allow users to complete the registration process conveniently from their smartphones, while the web platform provides a seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices.
As part of the implementation, we focused on delivering a scalable, secure, and user-friendly system capable of supporting large-scale fiber network rollouts and customer engagement initiatives across Germany.
Dashboard / Website
Developed a comprehensive web platform that enables German citizens to register for fiber internet services, manage their profiles, submit requirements, upload documents, and digitally sign contracts. The portal streamlines the customer onboarding process and provides real-time tracking of application and service status.
Android App
Built a feature-rich Android application that allows users to register for fiber services, complete onboarding steps, submit documentation, and sign contracts directly from their mobile devices. The app delivers a seamless and accessible experience for customers on the go.
iOS App
Developed an iOS application that provides a secure and user-friendly platform for service registration, document management, and digital contract signing. The app enables customers to conveniently manage their fiber service applications and track progress from anywhere.
