A GIS-based Digital Infrastructure Management Connectivity Platform for the Planning, Design, and Implementation of Fiber Optic and 5G Network Infrastructure in Germany.

GIS Dashboard​

DIMConnect is a GIS-based Digital Infrastructure Management System for planning, designing, and deploying fiber optic and 5G networks. It provides interactive network visualization, spatial analysis, and data management capabilities through integrated GIS services. The platform includes business intelligence dashboards, cost estimation and reporting tools, role-based access control, and real-time collaboration features. It enables telecom operators to efficiently manage network planning, deployment, and operational workflows across Germany.

Android App​

The DIMConnect Android App serves as a mobile companion for field engineers and network planners, enabling on-site access to network planning data and workflows. It supports photo and video documentation of network infrastructure, location-based data collection, and field validation activities. The app is designed to facilitate real-time collaboration between field teams and planning offices, improving the accuracy and efficiency of network deployment processes. The current version operates on DIMConnect 3.0 and supports existing network planning workflows.

iOS App

The DIMConnect iOS App serves as a mobile field solution for engineers, surveyors, and technicians, providing access to network planning data and workflows while on-site. It supports photo and video documentation of network infrastructure, address point validation, and location-based data collection to improve the accuracy of fiber optic network planning. The app integrates with backend services for media management, real-time data synchronization, and customer support through ticketing and chatbot features. The current version operates on the legacy DIMConnect 3.0 platform and continues to support existing field operations and network planning activities.

DIMConnect Features

DIMConnect is our flagship fiber optic network planning platform. A comprehensive, web-based GIS solution that enables telecom operators, broadband providers, and infrastructure planners to design, manage, and optimize their fiber optic networks efficiently from planning to deployment.

Software Development

Designed and developed the complete DIMConnect 4.0 platform, including the WebGIS dashboard, GIS backend APIs, cost management, and business intelligence modules. Also developed Android applications that enable field teams to access network data, validate information, and manage planning activities on the go.

Software Integration

Implemented a fully containerized infrastructure using Docker, integrating GIS services, CRM systems, media streaming, real-time communication, and backend services into a unified platform. Enabled seamless synchronization between field operations and office-based network planning workflows.

Software Testing

Performed comprehensive manual, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure platform reliability, performance, and usability. Conducted security validation and system-level testing to deliver a stable, secure, and production-ready solution.
